Tracert shows that connection times out at some point.
If you can see that at some node X Your connection times out, it usually means that at some point of Your connection to our server the IP is being blocked. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do in such cases. However, there is a number of possible fixes for this: 1. Contact Your ISP and ask them to change Your network routing to our server. 2. Try using Namebench software, which would allow You to re-route the connection Yourself. You can download the required application via: http://code.google.com/p/namebench/downloads 3. Try using Cloudflare services which would provide you and your viewers with a cached copy of your website, thus increasing uptime and general performance of Your website.
